When do you charge my card?

You’re charged when you join. After that, renewals run on the 15th of each month.

When does my monthly Packet ship?

Packets ship during the first week of the month—by the 7th.

What happens if I join after the 20th?

For those who miss the cut-off date and join from the 20th to the end of the month, your first payment covers your Welcome Packet (a smaller starter Bundle that ships soon after you join).
Then your regular monthly theme packs start in the next cycle.

What is the Welcome Packet?

The Welcome Packet is a small starter Bundle that ships quickly so you get something in the mail soon (contents may vary slightly). Expect a Membership Card to the Tiny Tantrum Club, useful "permissions slips" for exhausted parents, stickers or other surprises.

What if I need to cancel the monthly subscription?

To avoid the next renewal, cancel before the 15th.

Can I change my address?

Yes, please update your shipping address before the 15th so it’s correct for the next Packet.
